At Mustard Seed Foods we bring the consumer products used, tested, and endorsed by professional culinarians in a variety of cooking environments. From fine dining to family dining, good food prepared well is always in style.

Our staff of chefs personally endorses each of our products so you can be sure you're getting the best!

If you've ever eaten a gourmet meal and wondered how the chef was able to produce such an incredible variety of tastes, our products are your answer. We have taken the products professional culinarians use to create their unique dishes, and packaged them in easy to use sizes for the chef at home

As culinary professional for over 25 years, Doug and Janet Allen are using that experience to teach and to pass on their enjoyment of food.

• Adjunct instructors for culinary schools
• Owned successful catering and gourmet deli business
• Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation
• Sought after pastry chef for specialized chocolate and sugar work as well as exquisite wedding cakes
• Experience in a variety of culinary operations
• Staying current in the profession through education including studies at the Culinary Institute of America
